Religious ThemesAnthro furries may be turned feral depending on the shot. Complicated characters may be simplified and colors may change depending on the art's lighting!
Process And Delivery
My turnaround time is 60 days for illustrations and 100 days for animations beginning from a commission's approval. If a delay occurs, you will be promptly notified. This turnaround time does not include shipping, which may take longer.When making a commission request, you will be asked to provide a 90-100% accurate unrendered character sheet. You may provide rendered work or a single angle of a character in leu of a character sheet, though I will not be responsible for character mistakes when drawing your artwork. you may also provide poses, moodboards and additional notes with your request.I will provide updates after the moodboard, sketching, and base coloring phases of your commission that the you must approve before I continue drawing. Up to 2 free minor revisions may be granted per phase, any more revisions will cost a fee unless I have made a mistake when drawing your character. Minor revisions are any revisions that take less than 10 minutes to fulfil. I will not revise an aspect of the drawing that has previously been approved. If you do not respond one week after an update is sent, your commission will be completed without approvals and will be sent via the contact method of choice.Finished illustrations will be sent as a PNG file, finished animations will be sent as a GIF, MP4 and single PNG file. All pieces will be sent via Google Drive link and Toyhouse (if applicable). Physical goods will be shipped on Tuesdays or Thursdays through UPS or USPS standard shipping unless priority mail is requested. I provide a tracking number and ship with reinforced envelopes, I will not be responsible if an item were to be missing or damaged.
Payment
All commissions must be paid upfront through Cash App or PayPal Invoice in USD. Commissions over $100 may be split between a 50% down payment and 50% after the base color approval. Failure to send payment after 2 weeks during a payment plan, will result in your commission being terminated and sent a non animated base color file. I will keep the funds that have been sent. Clients must cover shipping if applicable.Unless I am unable to complete a commission within it's respective turnaround time, no refunds will be provided. If you request a refund, I will refund what I have received after Cash App fees as well as send your commission at it's final state prior to refunding. Clients may not chargeback under any circumstances.I offer discounts for close friends and those who have commissioned me at full price before. Although, because I only make a half of my minimum wage, unless otherwise stated no revisions may be redeemed and your request may take up to double the normal turn around time in exchange for the discount. If a revision must be made, clients must pay full price and a 15% revision fee. I will not be responsible for minor character inaccuracies if you opt for a discount that is not public.
Blacklist
Malicious behavior will not be tolerated. I will not conduct business with anyone who has stolen from me before or makes me feel uncomfortable. I have a right to refuse a commission request for any reason. If I find that you are uncomfortable to work with, I will refund you according to the percentage of the commission I have completed aswell as send you your request at it's final state prior to this.
Copyright
All copyrights belong to Mergie. The buyer is allowed to print their art, post it on their social media, edit my art in a manner that does not infringe on my copyright and use their art in monetized media as long as it is not the main source of earnings, no credit is required although it is appreciated. The buyer is not allowed to claim my art as their own and use and or reproduce my art commercially. I am allowed the full distribution rights of the artwork, therefore I can post it, promote myself with it, ect. If you would like me to delay posting the art, feel free to ask prior to commissioning me. If you do not want me to post your request, do not commission me.
